Description
This Grana Padana seems to be just like the classic Grana Padana, but its composition and dairy processing make it an unique product. The antifermentative “Lysozym”, a natural egg’s protein, is not used to make this Grana Padana, meaning that it is made with a more home-made essence, and therefore differ a lot from the usual widespread industrial products.
